    Cant possible to specify delay time with all the video sources ...but I do have a suggestion ...

    Play the file with ' MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC ' with both Video and Audio having same title , then play the hindi audio and see if it needs delay or not ...

    If it needs , then click +(plus) or-(minus) button from keyboard to know the perfect delay time for sync ...
